About
Raasid takes natural and fresh ingredients and turns them into shelf-stable finished food, backed by more than three decades of manufacturing experience. The range runs from ready-to-eat meals and full MRE ration packs to fruit pulps, squashes and syrups, spice blends, sweets and granola energy bars.
The commercial argument for an importer is preservation without a cold chain. Retort processing and modern packaging give a tested one-year shelf life at ambient temperature with no artificial preservatives, so the product ships and stores like dry goods while eating like a cooked meal. Three steps at the buyer's end: open, heat, eat — with a flameless ration heater included in the MRE packs, no kitchen is needed at all.
Every meal SKU carries a published laboratory nutrient panel per 100g — calories, protein, carbohydrate, crude fibre, sodium, saturated, trans, poly- and monounsaturated fat, cholesterol, calcium, iron, potassium and vitamins A and C. Nihari, for example, is published at 374 calories, 15.6g protein, 340.5mg sodium and no detected trans fat.
The MRE line is built for hiking, camping, emergency relief and field rations: seven 24-hour one-man menus, each a full composition of paratha, a main dish, rice or dessert, tea, condiments, tissue, spoon and energy bars, with per-item weights specified.

Production runs at the PANA Force Food Processing Centre, Nowshera Cantt, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — the site named on all four ISO certificates. The certified scope covers manufacturing of MRE, energy bars, dehydration of fruits and vegetables, jam, jelly, marmalade, squashes, syrups, soft tin meals and fruits, mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces, chutneys, pickle, fermented vegetables, brining, bone broth cubes and powder condiments, chemical preservation by steeping, packaging of honey, and intermediate moisture food.
The plant operates to halal standards throughout. Raasid publishes a 360° virtual tour of the facility and arranges buyer visits and guided sessions on request.
