Al-Ukaz operates with formal endorsement from the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan. It is built to be delivered alongside the country's chambers of commerce and sector associations, and what that endorsement does and does not cover is set out below.

The Ministry of Commerce sets the policy frame and recognises the Al-Ukaz verification standard. We build the registry, run the onboarding pipeline, and do the verification work ourselves.

Verified profiles plug into the Pakistan trade attaché network, the international trade events the country attends, and the buyer markets its exporters already serve.
What the endorsement covers
The Ministry of Commerce endorses Al-Ukaz as a trade facilitation platform, and recognises the verification standard we apply. That is the whole of it.
It is not a guarantee by the Ministry — or by us — of any individual member's goods, conduct or solvency. A member carries the Al-Ukaz mark because our team reviewed the company and the documents behind it, not because a government department inspected their factory. Buyers should read it as exactly that much, and we would rather say so here than let it be inferred larger.
